Do you create custom products?

We’ve temporarily paused all custom work, hoping to return in 2023. We do however offer a range of personalised and non-personalised items and continue to update our range regularly.

What is your turnaround time?

With most products made to order, items are shipped weekly or within 5-7 business days. If you are unsure, please get in touch with your order number for a more accurate dispatch date. Learn more about our dispatch and shipping here.

 

Do you offer more colours/materials? 

We currently only offer colours/materials listed on each product, though we can mix and match across most products to suit your needs, please get in touch and ask us first. 

What kind of wood do you offer?

We currently offer a premium wood veneer - Maple and Oak (3mm), the front and back is ‘real wood’ laminate with a lacquered finish with a formaldehyde-free fiberboard inside. 

 

Do you offer returns?

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch and we will work through a solution. We would not offer returns for change of mind or if an item was ordered incorrectly. Please ensure you have chosen colours correctly, the spelling is correct and the correct font/design is chosen when placing an order. Learn more about our refund policy here.
