Do you create custom products?

YES, we love creating custom orders - head over to the "Customs" tab and complete our customs order form or click here

What is your turnaround time?

With most products made to order, items are shipped weekly or within 3-5 business days. If you are unsure, please get in touch with your order number for a more accurate dispatch date. Learn more about our dispatch and shipping here

 

Do you offer more colours/materials? 

We have access to a wide range of coloured acrylic and wood. If you don't see what you're after online please get in touch. 

What kind of wood do you offer?

We offer a premium wood veneer - Maple and Oak (3mm), the front and back is ‘real wood’ laminate with a lacquered finish with a formaldehyde-free fiberboard inside. 

 

Do you offer returns?

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch and we will work through a solution. We would not offer returns for change of mind or if an item was ordered incorrectly. Please ensure you have chosen colours correctly, the spelling is correct and the correct font/design is chosen when placing an order. Learn more about our refund policy here.
