Please allow a minimum two-week turnaround (plus shipping) once payment is made and design approved.

Processing times may vary in times of high demand.  Orders may be prioritised according to client needs and event dates rather than a ‘first-in, first-out basis’.

Custom Orders & Design Process:

  • We will be in touch within 2 business days after the custom order form is received. We may need a little more information before finalising a quote.
  • Quotes expire 2 business days after being sent (if you're undecided just let us know and we can work through the process with you).
  • Once the quote is approved, a separate email will be sent with the invoice and payment instructions.
  • Payment is required in full before the design process begins.
  • A design will be sent to the designated email (within 1 week of payment) for approval before production begins; the quicker we receive confirmation, the quicker we can begin production.
  • The initial quote allows for 1 round of design revision*, anything after may incur an additional fee.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the order is complete and dispatched with shipping/delivery details.

*Initial design is presented and feedback is provided back to us. We then provide the amended design completing 1 round of design. "Feedback" needs to be relevant to the original order request. For example, changing the original request from "A&I Engagement" to "Andrew and Irene Engaged" is considered two separate designs and will incur an additional fee.
